ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

COMPLETION OF TRANCHE 2 PLACEMENT AND CLEANSING NOTICE

Future Battery Minerals Limited (ASX: FBM) ( FBM or the Company ) confirms the completion of the second tranche of the $7.6 million capital raising, as previously announced on 15 September 2023. The first tranche involved raising $5.2 million via the Placement of 51,950,424 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( Shares ) at $0.10 per Share to new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors. This second and final tranche included raising $2,385,000 through the placement of 21,600,000 Shares at $0.10 per Share to Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, and 2,250,000 Shares at $0.10 per Share to related parties, as recently approved at the Annual General Meeting by the Company’s shareholders.

Notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporation Act ) that:

1. On 28 November 2023, the Company issued 23,850,000 in respect of a Placement;

2. The Company issued those shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

3. the Company is providing this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

4. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • b) section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

5. as at the date of this notice, there is no information which is 'excluded information' within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
