Auroch Minerals Ltd (ASX: AOU) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Auroch Minerals Ltd (‘AOU’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AOU, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 5 December 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

AUROCH MINERALS LIMITED – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Auroch Minerals Limited ( ASX:AOU ) ( Auroch or the Company ) hereby request that the Company’s securities be placed into a voluntary trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the capital raising or prior to commencement of trading on Monday, 5 December 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
