Expiry of Unlisted Options
Auroch Minerals Limited (the Company ) (ASX: AOU) hereby advises that 7,271,922 unlisted options exerciseable at $0.10 that were not exercised expired on 30 November 2021 ( Options ). Further to the Company's announcement on 19 August 2021, the Company will issue to Rainmaker Holdings (WA) Pty Ltd and 6466 Investments Pty Ltd (the Underwriters ) 7,271,922 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( Shares ) pursuant to an underwriting agreement in respect to the Options.[1] The Company expects to issue the Shares to the Underwriters on or around 10 December 2021.
