Release of Securities from Voluntary Escrow
Auroch Minerals Limited ( Auroch or the Company ) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow on 29 August 2020.

The securities, which are subject to voluntary escrow provisions for 12 months, were issued to the vendor and a party that introduced and supported the Saints Nickel Project and the Leinster Nickel Project.
