Dispatch of Documents for Non-renounceable Pro Rata Offer

Auroch Minerals Limited ( ASX:AOU ) ( Auroch or the Company ) wishes to advise that the prospectus and entitlement and acceptance form in respect to the Company’s non-renounceable, pro rata offer of options as announced on 20 June 2018 ( Offer ) has been despatched to eligible shareholders today.

As detailed in the proposed timetable included in the prospectus, the closing date for receipt of applications under the Offer is 5pm WST on 10 July 2018 (unless extended subject to the ASX Listing Rules).
