Non-Renounceable Pro Rata Offer – Notification of Shortfall

Auroch Minerals Limited ( ASX:AOU ) ( Auroch or the Company ) is pleased to announce the result of the non-renounceable, pro rata offer of New Options announced by the Company on 20 June 2018 ( Entitlement Offer ) which closed on 10 July 2018.

The Company has received acceptances from eligible shareholders for 11,646,717 New Options, each exercisable at $0.10 on or before 30 November 2021, under the Entitlement Offer raising total funds of $232,934 before costs. The Entitlement Offer was fully underwritten by Clarion Finance Pte Ltd ( Underwriter ) leaving a shortfall of 18,671,551 New Options to be subscribed for or placed by the Underwriter.

Below is a table outlining the acceptances and shortfall under the Entitlement Offer:
