Update on Settlement with Xtract Resources

Auroch Minerals Ltd (ASX: AOU) ( Auroch or the Company ) refers to the announcement of 20 July 2016 advising it had entered into a deed of settlement with Xtract Resources Plc ( Xtract ) with respect to the US$2.5 million deferred consideration payable by Xtract to the Company ( Settlement Deed ).

Pursuant to the Settlement Deeds terms, the Company received the first instalment payment of US$750,000 and has also received $100,000 of the Second Instalment. The Company is in discussions with Xtract with regards to final settlement of the remaining US$1,685,671.86.
