Request for Trading Halt

Auroch Minerals NL (the Company ) hereby requests a trading halt from the ASX effective immediately, pending an announcement by the Company regarding the disposal of the Manica Gold Project.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 14 September 2015.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
