ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

Future Battery Minerals Ltd ( ASX: FBM ) ( FBM or the Company ) advises that for business reasons, Mr. Trevor Eton will not be seeking re-election at the Company’s upcoming 2023 Annual General Meeting on 22 November 2023 and will retire as a Non-Executive Director at the commencement of the meeting.

Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Mike Edwards, commented:

“Trevor has been an integral part of the Board as a Non-Executive Director since February 2021, and his tenure has been marked by substantial contributions to the Company’s success. His guidance and experience have proven highly valuable through various key corporate transactions, including project evaluation and acquisitions, capital raisings and, most recently, the successful disposal of the Nepean Nickel Project. His strategic insights, governance and financial expertise have played a pivotal role in FBM’s achievements during his tenure.”

“The Board would like to express its appreciation to Trevor for his dedication and substantial contribution over this time.”

As previously announced, FBM has launched a process to assess the Board skills and expertise that will best support the Company in its planned activities. Following this assessment, it is anticipated that a new nonexecutive director(s) will be appointed to complement the existing Board composition.
