EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Auroch Minerals Limited ( ASX:AOU ) ( Auroch or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Matthew McCarthy as Exploration Manager of the Company, effective from today.

With Auroch ramping up activity at Nepean Deeps along with the recently announced drilling programme for South Australia, Mr McCarthy’s appointment will help strengthen the exploration team leading into what will be an exciting period for the Company over the coming months.

Mr McCarthy is an accomplished geologist with over 20 years’ experience in minerals exploration and business development. He has been involved in significant greenfields and brownfields discoveries and provided leadership and management of successful exploration teams and large resource definition programmes.

Mr McCarthy has significant knowledge and experience in all phases of exploration and across a diverse range of commodities including gold, base-metals and, of particular note, nickel sulphides. He was previously the Principal Geologist at BHP – Nickel West (ASX:BHP) and Exploration Manager at St George Mining Ltd (ASC:SGQ).

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from The University of Western Australia, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

The Company would also like to announce, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.16.1, the resignation of Mr James Bahen as Joint Company Secretary, effective 30 June 2021. Ms Rebecca Moylan continues as sole Company Secretary in addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer.
