Appointment of Company Secretary
Auroch Minerals Limited ( Auroch or the Company ) advises that Mr James Bahen has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Bahen hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance. He commenced his career in audit and assurance with a Chartered Accounting firm and has worked in a corporate advisory firm providing company secretarial support to a number of listed companies that operate in the resource sector.
The Company further advises that Mr Matthew Foy has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary. The Board and Mr. Whiddon would like to thank Mr. Foy for his services to the Company and wishes him well in the future.
