Change of Date of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASIC Corporations (Extension of Time to Hold AGMs) Instrument 2021/770 , which provides companies with a 30 June year end an additional two months to hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Auroch Minerals Limited (the ‘Company’) (ASX: AOU) announces that it is delaying the date of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Company will now hold its AGM at 11am (WST) on 16[th] December 2021 at CWA House, Meeting Room Level 2, 1176 Hay Street, West Perth 6005.

This announcement has been authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company.
