Ordina CFO Jolanda Poots-Bijl to leave the company

Nieuwegein, 5 April 2016

Ordina's CFO Jolanda Poots-Bijl will leave the company effective mid-September 2016. Upon her departure, Ms. Poots-Bijl will be CFO of maritime services firm Van Oord.

Jolanda Poots-Bijl on her departure: "In my time with Ordina, I was able to dedicate my efforts to leading the turnaround of the company, together with Stépan Breedveld. The implementation of the tightened strategy and the cost-savings programme are well on track and will be completed in 2016 in line with our previous announcements. This creates a natural moment for me to take my next step."

Johan van der Werf, chairman of the Ordina Supervisory Board: "The Supervisory Board is grateful to Jolanda for her valuable contribution to Ordina. Under her management and partly through her enormous efforts, the financial function within Ordina has been bolstered and the implementation of the tightened strategy has been accelerated. We wish her every success at Van Oord from September onwards."

Because Jolanda Poots-Bijl has announced her departure at an early stage, Ordina now has sufficient time to arrange an effective transition. The Supervisory Board will begin the procedure to find a successor in the near future.
