Update on Merger of Monaro Mining NL and Uranium King Limited

The Scheme of Arrangement between Monaro Mining NL (“Monaro”) and Uranium King Limited (“UKL”) was scheduled for final court approval for 16 June 2008. However, UKL have advised Monaro that the court hearing has been adjourned until 24 June 2008.
