Orbminco Limited (ASX: OB1) – Trading Halt
Trading in the securities of Orbminco Limited (‘OB1’) will be halted at the request of OB1, pending the release of an announcement by OB1.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 February 2026; or
-
the release of the announcement to the market.

Trading Halt Request
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Orbminco Limited (ASX:OB1) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt over the Company’s securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a material capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt last from the receipt of this request until the earlier of release of the announcement or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 4 February 2026.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
