Orbminco Limited (ASX: OB1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Orbminco Limited (‘OB1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of OB1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 23 May 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Orbminco Limited (ASX:OB1) ( Company ) hereby requests a trading halt over the Company’s securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a corporate transaction and capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt last from the receipt of this request until the earlier of release of the announcement or the commencement of trading on 23 May 2025.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
