Issue of Securities

Orbminco Limited (ASX: OB1) (‘Orbminco’ or ‘the Company’) advises that it has today issued 4,000,000 ordinary shares to the former Directors as approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 18 September 2025 ( General Meeting ).

The Company confirms that it has issued a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares at $0.02 per share to raise $80,000.

The Company also confirms the issue of 6,500,000 unlisted Options exercisable at $0.04 each on or before 3 October 2028 to the Lead Manager to the recent Placement which was also approved by shareholders at the General Meeting.

Cleansing Notice

The Company hereby gives notice to the ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (cth) (Act) that as at the date of this notice:

1. the Company issued the securities without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;

3. the Company has complied with section 674 of the Act; and

4. As at the date of this notice, there is no other excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act that is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6) of the Act.
