Issue of SPP Securities

Woomera Mining Limited (ASX: WML) (‘ Woomera ’ or ‘the Company ’) confirms that it has today issued 107,000,000 ordinary shares and 107,000,000 quoted WMLO Options to the Share Purchase Plan applicants under the Company’s Prospectus dated 20 August 2024.

An Appendix 2A seeking quotation of the SPP Shares and WMLO Options will be released in conjunction with this announcement.

The Company also advises that the Shares and free attaching WMLO Options to be issued under Tranche 2 of the Placement announced on 12 August 2024 and approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 25 September 2024, are scheduled to be issued on Monday 30 September 2024.
