Issue of Securities

Woomera Mining Limited (ACN 073 155 781) (ASX:WML) ( Woomera or the Company ) advises that it has today issued the shares and attaching options to Kincora Copper Limited (ASX: KCC) ( Kincora ) as part consideration under the Earn-In Agreement with Kincora.

The Company issued 180m shares at $0.0025 per share together with 180m attaching WMLO Options to Kincora (on the same terms as the recently announced Placement), as approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 25 September 2024. The securities issued to Kincora are subject to a voluntary escrow for a period of 12 months.

The Company also confirms the allotment of the Delivery Versus Payment (DvP) and Director allocation of Tranche 2 of the Placement announced on 12 August 2024 ( Placement ) comprising 249,935,484 ordinary shares and 249,935,484 WMLO Options. The Company advises that the direct settlement portion of the Placement will be issued on Thursday 3 October 2024 following settlement of those funds.

Finally, following the receipt of shareholder approval, the Company has issued a further 300,000,000 free attaching WMLO Options to the applicants under Tranche 1 of the Placement.
