Update on Completion of Tranche 2 of Placement

Woomera Mining Limited (ACN 073 155 781) (ASX:WML) ( Woomera or the Company ) wishes to provide an update to its ASX announcement dated 1 October 2024 regarding the final direct settlement portion of Tranche 2 of the Placement.

The Company advises that a party has so far not settled on its Tranche 2 binding allocation in the amount of $258,064. The Company intends to follow-up with the allocated party; however, in the event the Company is not successful, the Company will seek to fill this allocation from its own network this week.

The Company will provide a further update at that time.

This ASX announcement has been approved and authorised for release by the Board of Woomera Mining.
