Completion of Tranche 2 of Placement

Woomera Mining Limited (ACN 073 155 781) (ASX:WML) ( Woomera or the Company ) advises that it has completed the final allocation under Tranche 2 of the Placement announced on 12 August 2024.

The Company has completed the allotment of a further 111,515,600 ordinary shares and 111,515,600 attaching WMLO Options to various professional and sophisticated investors under Tranche 2.

The Company has raised a total of $1.9 million under Tranche 1 and 2 of the Placement together with the Share Purchase Plan.

This ASX announcement has been approved and authorised for release by the Board of Woomera Mining.
