ASX Announcement

DRILLING UPDATE - MT VENN

Woomera Mining Limited (ASX:WML) ( Woomera or the Company ) is pleased to announce its reverse circulation (RC) drilling programme at its 80% owned Mt Venn JV Project (WML 80% and CAZ 20%) in Western Australia is well underway.

At the Three Bears Prospect, eight RC holes have been completed for an advance of 2,107m.

Over 1,700 samples have been submitted to the laboratory for gold and base metal analysis.

The drill rig has now moved to the Mt Cumming Prospect, to test ten electromagnetic (EM) plate conductors (Figure 1);

1. Six EM plate conductors are associated with historical anomalous shallow auger soils (up to 54 ppb Pt+Pd combined)[(1)] and copper plus gold rocks chips up to 3.2% Cu and 8.4 g/t Au[(2)] ,

2. Four EM plate conductors lie along strike from AusGold’s and Great Boulder’s Winchester semi-massive sulphide intersection (21m at 0.63% Cu & 0.2% Ni)[(3)]

The Mt Cumming holes will take the current drilling campaign to ~5,000m, now all statutory approvals have been received.

Heritage surveys over the Mt Cumming South, Jutson Dome and Wartu Granite Prospects are scheduled for completion in November (see Figure 2).

Mr Seymour is a full-time employee of Woomera Mining Limited and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy with over thirty years of experience in the field of activity being reported. Mr Seymour has sufficient experience which is relevant to the styles of mineralisation and types of deposit under consideration and to the activity that he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’ relating to the reporting of Exploration Results.
