ISSUE OF RIGHTS OFFER SECURITIES
Woomera Mining Limited (ASX: WML) (‘Woomera’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to advise that it has today issued 136,050,909 ordinary shares and 68,025,539 quoted options (ASX Code: WMLOB)(after rounding up) pursuant to the Company’s Rights Offer Prospectus dated 10 July 2020.
The Company further advises that it has also issued 10,500,000 WMLOB Options to the placees under the placement referred to in the announcement dated 14 July 2020.
The issued capital of the Company following completion of the allotments above is as follows:
