Update on Capital Raising Under Replacement Prospectus

In connection with the Replacement Prospectus of Ausroc Metals Limited dated 8 January 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the Lead Manager (Sequoia Wealth Management Pty Ltd (ACN 002 314 310, AFSL472387)) that application monies and firm commitments have been received for at least $4 million (being the Minimum Subscription Condition under the Replacement Prospectus).

The Offer Period closes on 15 February 2018 (subject to the conditions referred to in the Prospectus).

The Board of Directors looks forward to a bright future for the Company and its projects.
