Successful completion of capital raising and acquisitions

Ausroc Metals Limited (ACN 073 155 781)(ASX:ARK) ( Company ) is pleased to announce that the Company has raised a total of $4,086,320 under the General Offer pursuant to the Replacement Prospectus dated 8 January 2018.

In addition, the Company has completed the acquisition of all the issued shares in Woomera Exploration Ltd (ACN 073 155 781) ( Woomera ) and Woomera has completed the acquisition of all the issued shares in Volt Lithium Pty Ltd (ACN 612 465 237) and Liquid Lithium Pty Ltd (ACN 612 730 337).

The Company has also received conditional approval from the ASX for the reinstatement of the Company’s securities to official quotation and will update the market once a reinstatement date has been confirmed.

As previously announced, the Company has until Monday, 5 March 2018 to achieve reinstatement to official quotation and is working diligently with the ASX to meet the final outstanding conditions in order to achieve reinstatement on or prior to that date.
