ASX Announcement
WOOMERA MINING LIMITED COMPLETES HERITAGE SURVEY ENABLING EXPLORATION TO COMMENCE ON MUSGRAVE JV AREA
Woomera Mining Limited (ASX: WML) in conjunction with the South Australian Native Title Services (SANTS), the Tjayuwara-Unmuru Aboriginal Corporation (TUAC) and OZ Minerals Ltd (OZ) completed an on-country Cultural Heritage Survey, clearing the way for the JV partners, WML and OZ, to commence their Copper-Nickel-Cobalt exploration program in the Musgrave Province.
The survey was conducted on the 13[th] and 14[th] of June 2018 and the confidential survey report was completed and submitted to the relevant parties by Fraser Vickery AM (Consultant Ecologist and Archaeologist) on the 28[th] June 2018. SANTS approved the release of the Report on 3[rd] July 2018.

Woomera’s Musgrave Alcurra-Tieyon Project
The Musgrave Alcurra-Tieyon project is the subject of JV with OZ that enables OZ to earn up to 75% of the project for an expenditure of $7.5m.
The project area lies immediately east of the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara ( APY ) lands. The Stuart Highway and the Adelaide-Darwin railway pass through the project area. The exploration focus in the area is on Ni-Cu-Co.

Immediate Exploration Program
The immediate exploration program has been designed to test six areas that have been identified from aeromagnetic and drill hole geochemical data as shown in Figure 3. Initial drill hole targeting was based on the Vector Residual Magnetic Inversion (VRMI) of pre-existing magnetic data, with the intention to further refine targets with EM prior to drill testing.

Figure 3 – Immediate exploration targets
A ground-based, Moving Loop Electromagnetic (MLEM) survey covering all six target areas, is planned to commence in Q3, 2018 (Figure 4). The results from this survey will be used to refine the drill hole locations of the pursuant RC drilling program, planned to commence immediately following the MLEM survey.

Figures 5 to 9 below show the locations of drill holes designed to test the VRMI-derived targets, relative to the predicted magnetic susceptibility models. WML anticipates that the conductivity models generated from the MLEM survey will provide improved accuracy for the design of the drilling program.
