Amendment of Record Date

The Company refers to the Notice of Meeting dated 3 November 2017 and the proposed resolution to consolidate the Company ordinary shares in the ratio of one (1) new ordinary share for each fifty (50) existing ordinary shares ( Consolidation ).

If the resolution approving the Consolidation is approved tomorrow, the Company wishes to advise a revised record date for the Consolidation of 11 December 2017.

The following is a revised timetable for the Consolidation.

Issue Date. Deferred settlement market would ordinarily end. *Last day for Shares to be entered into holders’ Share holdings.Last day for despatch of notice to each Shareholder informing them of thechanges to their holdings.	18 December 2017

• As the Company’s ordinary shares are currently suspended and will continue to suspend there will not be any pre-consolidated trading or deferred settlement trading.
