Extension of voluntary suspension
On the 4[th] April 2013, United States-focused diversified explorer Australian-American Mining Corporation Limited (ASX: AIW) (“AusAmerican” or “the company”) requested a voluntary suspension in the company’s securities until 7.00am on Monday 8[th] April 2013. The company today requests an extension in the voluntary suspension until 8am Wednesday 10[th] April.
The company will make an announcement this morning regarding the finalisation of its capital raising.
