TRADING HALT
The securities of Australian American Mining Corporation Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 21 October 2013 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Directors of Australian-American Mining Corporation Limited (ASX: AIW) request a Trading Halt in the Company’s securities.
As required by ASX Listing Rule 17.1, AIW provides the following information;

The Trading Halt is requested pending the release of an announcement concerning a capital raising by the company;

The Trading Halt is requested for the period ending 7.00am on Monday 21[st] October 2013;

It is expected that the trading halt will end following the release of an announcement concerning the capital raising;

AIW is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted; and

AIW has no other information necessary to inform the market about the Trading Halt.
