TERMINATION OF CARBECK SALE TO GEOFF HILL’S COMPANY

Monaro Mining NL (ASX:MRO) announces that the possible sale of the Company’s subsidiary Carbeck Pty Ltd to a company related to Geoff Hill has been terminated due to Geoff Hill’s company not meeting the conditions precedent within the original agreement.
