TERMINATION OF CARBECK SALE TO GATE BRIDGE COMPANY

Monaro Mining NL (ASX:MRO) announces that the possible sale of the Company’s subsidiary Carbeck Pty Ltd to Gate Bridge Comapny has been terminated due to Gate Bridge Company not meeting the conditions precedent within the original agreement.
