Resignation of Managing Director

Woomera Mining Limited (ASX:WML) (“ Woomera ” or “ Company ”) wishes to advise that its Managing Director, Mr Jason Livingstone, has resigned from his position for personal reasons. The Board has accepted Mr Livingstone’s resignation which is effective immediately.

As noted in the Company’s March 2023 Quarterly Activities Report, Mr Livingstone took personal leave from 1 May 2023 with the Company’s Chairman, Mr Ian Gordon, taking on the management of corporate activities in his absence.

Mr Gordon will continue to manage the corporate activities of the Company until a new Managing Director is appointed.

The Company would like to thank Jason for his management of the Company since his appointment and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
