ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Appointment of Managing Director
Woomera Mining Limited (ASX:WML) ( Woomera or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Jason Livingstone as its Managing Director.
Mr Livingstone is an experienced exploration geologist with broad experience in different commodities and geological terrains including Western Australia, Africa and China. Prior to joining Woomera, he was the Technical Director of ASX-listed Metalicity Ltd.
The Woomera Board welcomes Jason to the role and looks forward to working with him to add significant value to the Company’s projects in Western Australia and South Australia.
Jason will commence his role with Woomera on Tuesday, 16 August. The material terms of Jason’s remuneration package are detailed on page 2 of this release.
This ASX announcement has been approved by Woomera Mining’s Board of Directors and authorised for release by the Chairman.

Remuneration Package – Jason Livingstone
Salary:
$220,000 p.a. plus superannuation
Options:
Subject to shareholder approval, the Company intends to issue Mr Livingstone 15 million options with a term of three years from the issue date and a strike price of $0.04.
Termination:
The Company and Mr Livingstone may terminate the employment contract on giving three months’ written notice.
