The company announces that it received the resignation of Director Mr Vinod Sharma on Monday 27 June 2016.

The company has accepted his resignation and will announce a replacement for Mr Sharma as soon as possible, as part of an ongoing strategic review.

The company wish to thank Mr Sharma, for his service and efforts over the last 18 months.
