Resignation of Director
The Board of Monaro Mining N.L wish to announce that Mr Warwick Grigor has resigned as a Director of the company, effective immediately.
Mr Jim Malone has been appointed Chairman of the company in his place.
The Board of Directors wish to thank Mr Grigor for his contribution to the company over the past 3 years.
