ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Auditor Name Change

Woomera Mining Limited (ASX: WML) ( Woomera or the Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, BDO Audit Pty Ltd has been appointed as its auditor.

As a result of the national integration of BDO Practices, BDO is transitioning its audit practices from various BDO State Partnerships to BDO Audit Pty Ltd.

The Company received shareholder approval to change its auditor to BDO Audit Pty Ltd at its 2021 Annual General Meeting subject to the consent of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Corporations Act ). Having recieved ASIC’s consent subsequent to the 2021 Annual General Meeting, the resignation of the previous audit entity (BDO Audit (SA) Pty Ltd) is effective as at the date of this announcement. A resolution will be proposed at the 2022 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd in accordance with the requirements set out in the Corporations Act.
