On January 07, 2015, Mr Friedhelm Loh, Germany has informed us according
to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ORBIS
AG, Saarbrücken, Germany, have exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 22, 2014 and on that day amounted to 15.00016% (this
corresponds to 1372177 Voting Rights).
15.00016% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1372177 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Loh in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights
are held by the following companies under his control, whose share of the
