On March 13, 2014, Mr Friedhelm Loh, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ORBIS AG, Saarbrücken, Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the
Voting Rights on February 26, 2014 and on that day amounted to 10.07% (this
corresponds to 921082 Voting Rights).
10.07% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 921082 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Loh in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights
are held by the following companies under his control, whose share of the
Voting Rights in ORBIS AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Friedhelm Loh
Stiftung & Co. KG, Friedhelm Loh Stiftung, Loh Services Verwaltungs-GmbH,
Loh Services GmbH & Co. KG.
