of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ORBIS AG, Saarbrücken,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005228779, WKN: 522877, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on May 06, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.994% (this
corresponds to 456867 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.994%
