On September 04, 2007 , Mr Thomas Gard, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ORBIS AG, Saarbrücken, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005228779, WKN:
522877, have exceeded the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on August 31, 2007
and now amount to 21.75% (this corresponds to 1990000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 18.47%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1690000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Gard from GMV AG via GMV AG .
