On December 03, 2007 , Mr Thomas Gard, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ORBIS AG, Saarbrücken, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005228779, WKN:
522877, have exceeded the 25% limit of the Voting Rights on November 26,
2007 and now amount to 25.03% (this corresponds to 2290000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 21.75%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1990000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Gard from GMV AG.
