Subject: Appointment of external auditors

AstroBank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") would like to announce that, following completion of an Audit Tender Process and relevant shareholders and regulatory approvals, Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Limited (HE 156870) have been appointed as external auditors of the Bank for the financial year 2025 and onwards.

The Board and the management of the Bank would like to extend its sincere appreciation to the former auditor Ernst & Young Cyprus Limited for the services provided over the past 7 years.
