AstroBank Public Company Limited ("AstroBank") notifies that Mr. Aristidis Vourakis, Chief Executive Officer of AstroBank has been nominated by the board of directors of Aegean Baltic Bank S.A. (ABBank) for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Vourakis is expected to assume his responsibilities in ABBank in October 2025, following the expected completion of the sale of AstroBank's operations to Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd and relevant regulatory approvals. In the meantime, he continues to exercise his duties as CEO and Board Member of AstroBank.
