On January 4, 2011, OraSure Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Tony Zezzo has jointed the Company as its new Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales, effective January 3, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
