Orascom Development Holding AG: Delisting of registered shares of Orascom Development Holding AG approved by SIX Exchange Regulation with effect as of 5 June 2025
Altdorf, 26 May 2025 – SIX Exchange Regulation approved the delisting of Orascom Development Holding AG’s registered shares from SIX Swiss Exchange with effect from 5 June 2025. The last trading day will be 4 June 2025.
The delisting of the registered shares of Orascom Development Holding AG was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 8 May 2025.
