Publication of the 2010 registration document

On April 20, 2011, France Telecom filed the English version of its 2010 registration document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in France. The registration document in French was filed with the AMF on April 4.

The 2010 registration document includes the following information:

• ß the annual financial report;
• ß the management report of the Board of Directors;
• ß the Chairman's report on corporate governance and internal control;
• ß the annual information document;
• ß the information relating to the fees paid to France Telecom's statutory auditors.
