Half-yearly report on the Orange liquidity contract

As part of the liquidity contract signed by Orange with Rothschild Martin Maurel, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account as of 31 December 2017:

• 1,285,500 Orange shares
• 111,757,834.83 euros

As a reminder, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account as of 30 June 2017:

• 2,100,000 Orange shares
• 99,300,035.10 euros
