Details concerning the availability of information on the Shareholders' Meeting
The Orange combined ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be held at 4pm on Tuesday, 7 June 2016 at the Palais des Congrès – 2, place de la porte Maillot, 75017 Paris.
The meeting notices were published in the issues of the French Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires dated 30 March 2016 and 11 May 2016.
All documents and information specified in article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code concerning the shareholders' meeting can be viewed on the company's website at: http://www.orange.com/2016gm. Shareholders can also request by mail or telephone to be sent any of these documents or information.
In addition, shareholders can consult the documentation mentioned in article R. 225-89 of the French Commercial code at the legal department in the company's headquarters.
