Pursuant to art. 5, clause 1, item 19 of the Decree of the Minister ofFinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic informationdisclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognitionof information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalentinformation, the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. informs about aselection of an auditor licensed to audit financial statements.
I.Pursuant to article 23, clause 2, item 8 of the Articles ofAssociation of Orange Polska S.A and according to the resolution dated 2June 2017, the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska S.A. selected Ernst &Young Audyt Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp. komandytowa („Ernst & Young AudytPolska”) to audit the financial statements of Orange Polska S.A. andOrange Polska Group for the financial year 2017 and to review thecondensed financial statements of Orange Polska S.A. and Orange PolskaGroup for the period of six months ending on 30 June 2017.
The selection was accomplished according to binding regulations andoccupational standards.
II.Registered office, address and basis of license
Ernst & Young Audyt Polska, Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warszawa - entered inthe list of entities licensed to audit financial statements under no.130 maintained by the National Chamber of Auditors (Krajowa IzbaBiegłych Rewidentów).
III.The agreement with Ernst & Young Polska will be concluded for theperiod of one year.
In 2016 the company Ernst & Young Polska audited the consolidatedfinancial statements of the Orange Polska Group as well as annualfinancial statements of Orange Polska S.A. and its subsidiaries,reviewed the standalone financial statements of Orange Polska S.A. andthe consolidated financial statements of the Orange Polska Group as ofJune 30, 2016.
