Pursuant to art. 5, clause 1, item 22 ofthe Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the termsgoverning recognition of information required by the laws of anon-member state as equivalent information (Journal of Laws of 2014,item 133), the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska ")informs about appointment of persons supervising Orange Polska.OnJuly 13, 2016, the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska, pursuant to art.19, clause 7 of Orange Polska's Articles of Association, appointed Mr.Patrice Lambert - de Diesbach and Mr. Federico Colom Artola as itsmembers.Federico ColomArtola (born in 1969) is Orange Spain's CFO since 2007. In September2014 Federico Colom Artola was one of the key members of the Orange teamthat launched a VTO over 100% of Jazztel's shares for a totalconsideration of € 3.4 Bn. Federico Colom Artola has a long professionalexperience of more than 20 years in the telecommunications sector. Priorto joining Orange he worked in the first private telecommunicationsoperator in Spain (Airtel) where he was one of the founding employeesand held various management positions in the Administration, Finance andCustomer Service areas. Later, in Vodafone he was Financial Controllerand Planning and Financial Controlling Director. Additionally, FedericoColom Artola has experience in executive positions in various localfamily owned small and medium entities in the Valencia Region. Amongthem we can highlight Montó Pinturas, where he was responsible of thetransformation of its logistics and commercial operations. FedericoColom Artola has a BSc in Economics (Universidad de Valencia) and a MBA(EOI/ Manchester Business School).Accordingto his statement, Mr. Federico Colom Artola is not engaged in anyactivities competitive to the business of Orange Polska and is not apartner in any partnership under civil law or another type ofpartnership, or a member of a governing body of any incorporated companyor any other legal entity which would be competitive to Orange Polska.Federico Colom Artola is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.PatriceLambert - de Diesbach (born in 1956) is a graduate of SFAF (FrenchSociety of Financial Analysts), Conservatoire National des Arts etMétiers (Finance), IEP Paris (Sciences Po) and from Université Paris XNanterre (Economics, Econometrics). Since October 2011, Patrice Lambert- de Diesbach is Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communicationsat Orange. Prior to this he was Head of Investor Relations and FinancialCommunications at Carrefour since April 2010. He previously worked asthe Head of Research at CM-CIC Securities after spending 18 years as afinancial analyst covering a wide range of industrial sectors forseveral stock broking firms, including CM-CIC Securities, Exane BNPParibas, UBS Warburg, Deutsche Bank and HSBC James Capel. He started hiscareer as an auditor at Mazars and KPMG.
